Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: U Square @ the Loop – Cincinnati, Ohio
Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with an on-call rotation
Pay Rate: $20 - $26/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus turnover bonus opportunities
Bring Your Skills
If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day. We are looking for:
- 2 years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
- Proven Turnover Technician experience – skilled in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds maintenance
- Prior hands-on experience with HVAC systems and troubleshooting (certification a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude when assisting residents
- Ability to work independently while remaining efficient and detail-oriented
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
- Must have basic hand tools, a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Willingness to complete a drug screen and background check upon offer

- Manage apartment turnovers and prepare both residential and commercial spaces for occupancy
- Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, HVAC, pool care, and groundskeeping tasks
- Complete work orders promptly and with high-quality results
- Respond to emergencies as they arise, including while on-call
