About the Role
FLATS LLC, a Proper company, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires both strong maintenance and customer service skills to ensure the overall upkeep of the property and that all physical aspects meet applicable laws and the company’s established standards.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing various systems and components throughout the property and apartments, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, painting, and drywall.
Work may be performed under the direction of the Maintenance Engineer or Property Manager. This position operates within and supports an environment that complies with Fair Housing laws.
