Job Title: Assistant Property Manager
Reports To: Property Manager
Location: Morgan View – Morgan State University
Compensation: $50,000.00-$55,000.00, furnished two-bedroom apartment and a comprehensive benefits package
FLSA Status: Exempt
SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible for overseeing all tasks associated with accounts receivable, residents’ accounts, front desk operations, opening/closing procedures, and human resource functions for the site. The Assistant Property Manager may be responsible for areas including but not limited to fiscal oversight; licensing; marketing plan development, implementation, oversight; and supervision of full-time and student employees. This position requires the staff member to live on site and serve in an on-call duty rotation.
