Position: Traveling Maintenance Technician
Location: Locations throughout Hamilton, Urbana, and Dayton, OH
Scheduled Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, with an on-call rotation (servicing multiple locations)
Pay Rate: $23 - $30/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives
Bring Your Skills
If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day.
- 2 years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
- Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
- HVAC Certification required
- Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents
- Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto-insurance
- Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

- Service locations throughout the Dayton area, with the possibility of a different community each day of the week!
- Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, HVAC, pool care, and groundskeeping tasks
- Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents
- Complete work orders quickly and with high-quality results
- Address emergencies as situations arise or while on-call (on-call rotation, servicing multiple locations)
