We are currently searching for a professional, energetic Property Manager for an Industrial, Flex and/or Office Portfolio. If you have a roll-up-your sleeves, lead by example, enthusiastic personality, you will likely be a great fit for this position. In this role, you’ll find yourself walking the properties, meeting with vendors, tenants and property owners, reviewing and approving financials, leasing, and working through requests to resolve issues in a timely manner. The Property Manager’s day is never boring!

Skills You’ll Bring to the Table:
Must have experience as a commercial property manager
Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, accounting software (i.e., Appfolio, Yardi, MRI, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
California Real Estate licensee
Bachelor's degree
Ability to work independently and with a team
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
Understanding of lease terms, negotiations, documentation and administration
Familiarity with building systems and property repairs
A zest for learning each day
Summary of Responsibilities:
Approve expenses incurred by each property
Respond timely to tenant and client requests, resolving to satisfaction
Tenant rent and additional rent collections
Work closely with Facilities and/or vendors for scheduling and repairs
Move-in/move-out processes
CAM and budget generation
Property financial statements review, including variance reports
Lease negotiations to include renewals, showing space to prospective tenants
Code compliance (i.e., FLS, ADA)
Routine property inspections, requiring reliable transportation
Schedule and manage recurring property services (i.e., landscaping, lighting, etc.)
Management of TIs and/or Capital Improvement projects
Network with brokers, property owners, business leaders and others in the community
Attend scheduled meetings timely and prepared to participate
Conduct all business interactions with the highest ethics and respect, while following company policies
