Job Summary: Responsible for the on-property responsibilities of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments to ensure client satisfaction, resident retention, and maximum occupancy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Bringing a positive and can-do attitude to every task.
- Sales responsibilities by daily touring apartment communities, answering and responding to all phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and other leads; Successfully converting leads to leases at a high level.
- Provide excellent service to not only prospective residents, but to current residents, maintenance engineers, coworkers, vendors, and anyone who you interact with daily.
- Create and implement new ways to market and increase prospects.
- Ensure the model unit is in touring condition.
- Inspect units to be sure they are ready for move-in.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to be sure the needs of move-ins/move-outs are met.
- Complete daily opening and closing procedures are complete.
- Perform property walks and reporting.
- May need to be on-call to support any staffing shortages.
- There will be a daily routine activity, however, other tasks/duties may be assigned by management.
- Lastly, this job will require someone who is teachable, adaptable, and willing to learn.

- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Possesses strong interpersonal skills; Ability to learn and translate aspects of lease terms.
- Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance.
- Monitors own work to ensure quality.
- Can work under pressure and interruptions. May be exposed to short-tempered or aggressive individuals.
- Diffuse situations brought on by upset people.
- Can work independently.
- Must be able to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail. Entrata or other property management software experience is a plus.
- High School Diploma and 1 year of customer service skills required.
