Description
Apartment community in Plainfield, CT seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team. Under direction will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. This is a part time 20 hour per week position.
BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES:
- repairs to appliances and fixtures
- patch holes in walls
- paint building interiors
- clean vacant units and interior spaces
- miscellaneous carpentry repairs
- change locks
- grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal
- participate in the on call emergency schedule.
