Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced GROUNDSKEEPER for our Single Family Rental Community, Avilla Heritage in Grand Prairie, TX!

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

• Minimum 6 months previous apartment or commercial janitorial experience preferred   
• Excellent customer service and time management skills required   
• Organized with high level of attention to detail   
• Weekends may be required
