Responsibilities include overseeing move-ins and move-outs, negotiating leases, handling renewals, and conducting apartment showings. It is essential to ensure that all paperwork is up-to-date and that prospective tenants complete their applications accurately. Familiarity with various industry concepts, practices, and procedures is required.
