What You Will Own & Improve:
Providing Customer Service Support and Administrative Assistance: You will go beyond basic customer service to address issues that residents may experience and provide administrative assistance. This will be accomplished through a combination of problem-solving, effective communication, and empathy, addressing residents' issues and enhancing their overall satisfaction.
What You Already Know:
- How to read, set up, and enforce a lease agreement: You understand that enforcing a lease agreement is a critical process for both landlords and Residents, ensuring that both parties understand their rights, responsibilities, and obligations under the contract.
- How to Read a Resident Ledger: Determine What Is Owed and Post Payments Correctly.
- How to use Google Calendar: Schedule and manage evaluations, property checks, and lease violations.
- How to manage incoming calls and email management: You understand that quick response time to calls and emails leads to resident satisfaction and retention.
What You Will Learn:
- Single Family Property Management: The ins and outs of a successful Single Family Property Management company. You will gain a thorough understanding of the products and services we offer to help our clients and customers, and embrace our core values.
- How to Use Our Tools: You will receive a comprehensive crash course in Trainual, Rentvine, Aptly, Tenant Turner, RingCentral, and more. Plus, you'll learn to leverage technology for automation and efficiency.
- Eviction Management: Prepare and attend eviction hearings.
- Key Management: How to effectively manage keys for occupied and vacant homes.
- Lockbox Management: How to manage our lockbox system using Tenant Turner.
- Office Supply Management: How to order and manage supplies for office and field staff.
- Phone System Management: How to manage out-of-office communication via RingCentral.
How Success is Measured:
This role is straightforward: to provide excellent customer service that enhances resident satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- High School Degree or GED required.
- Experience is preferred
