Position: Assistant Property Manager
Location: Ivy Hills Living Spaces - Cincinnati, OH
Competitive Pay: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience & qualifications)
Office Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 6:30pm
What You’ll Do
- Assist with budgets, reports, and monitoring property conditions
- Support leasing, maintenance, landscaping, safety, and marketing activities
- Walk properties regularly to ensure grounds and apartments are market ready
- Show and lease apartments; complete paperwork and data entry in Yardi
- Respond to resident requests and resolve complaints
- Assist with rent collection, renewals, and evictions when needed
- Help organize resident events and newsletters to support retention
- Shop local competition and maintain current marketing information
- Provide additional support to the Property Manager may be requested
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of two years of property management experience in the multifamily residential industry.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills and ability to review financial/data reports
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Real Estate laws and Fair Housing regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Yardi experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- May provide work direction in the Property Manager’s absence
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation may be required
