Summary:
Assists with special projects for assigned areas or functions.Responsibilities:
Monitors all contract deadlines and conditions to ensure timelines are kept and all relevant information has been met. Provides contract summaries and ensures contract execution in collaboration with Executive Leadership in accordance with Memorial Healthcare System (MHS) Board of Commissioners' policy. May support providing a monthly report to executive management and organizational stakeholders with progress and status of contracted Physician agreements.Responsible for maintaining all company employment agreements, contracts, addendums, renewal terms, and required notification or due dates. Coordinates the preparation of Letters of Intent and/or Offers with the Physician Recruitment, Property Management and Construction and Design Services, Finance, Operations and Executive Teams. Manages the delivery of executed documents, in coordination with the Legal Department.Collaborates with the Physician Recruitment, Operations, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, medical staff teams, and other internal departments to ensure staff are informed of new contracts, on-boarding, and changes to existing contracts.Manages the contract file documentation (includes correspondence sent to Physician and Ebuilder, Workday and correspondence via FedEx or email) both in the physical file and electronic file. Maintains contract terms updated in Contract Database.Determines if fair market value appraisals are required. Initiates Calculator Tool valuation runs and determines if further analysis is required by an outside appraiser. Interfaces with outside compensation consultants regarding compensation evaluations as needed.Assists with all contracting administration and projects, and independently leads and resolves contract change requests. Leads and executes Physician and employee onboarding process.Competencies:
