SUMMARY
The Director of Property Management oversees the management and operations of housing programs designed to support individuals experiencing homelessness or other housing instability. The Director of Property Management is responsible for the oversight of CARES’ 42-unit housing program. The duties include, but are not limited to, Supervision of the Property Manager, property management, tenant management, rent collection, and supervision of maintenance staff. CARES of NY Inc. provides Permanent Supportive Housing to Individuals and Families in Albany County. CARES Housing strives to promote, develop, and provide supportive housing and applies innovative approaches to support individuals and families in their transition from homelessness to stable housing.

EXPERIENCE
Experience in property management, preferably in affordable or supportive housing
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree

LOCATION

WORK WEEK
Full-time role, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday with flexible hours between 7:30am-6:00pm
