What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist prospective residents in person and over the phone
- Conduct engaging tours and follow up with leads
- Prepare move-in files and ensure apartments are move-in ready
- Support marketing efforts, including outreach and online listings
- Maintain accurate leasing paperwork and resident files
- Participate in resident events and community engagement
- Monitor amenities and ensure a polished, welcoming environment
- Achieve a 40% closing ratio and uphold compliance standards
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be bilingual
- Prior leasing experience required
- Willing to work Saturdays and stay until 7:00 PM on Wednesdays
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects and residents
- Comfortable with technology, leasing software, and handling online leads
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills (applications, leasing files, compliance)
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive, “can-do” attitude
- Team player who contributes to resident events, marketing initiatives, and overall community success
Additional Details
- High school diploma or GED required (or 6 months of relevant experience)
- Work is performed in a professional office environment
