The Property Management team manages the day-to-day operations of our company properties, making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and meets regulations. Key tasks include handling maintenance requests, coordinating small projects and office moves, reviewing invoices, and working with vendors like janitorial and landscaping services.
We are currently seeking a Property Management Representative to join our corporate headquarters in downtown Cincinnati, OH. This position is based in-office and follows a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Participates in administering the daily operations and maintenance of a portfolio of properties, ensuring functionality, safety, and compliance.
Assists with portfolio maintenance.
Reviews and processes invoices and expenses for accuracy and compliance following established procedures.
Coordinates routine facility maintenance and small projects, including scheduling vendors and communicating updates to stakeholders.
Assists with office moves, storage, and renovation projects, including reviewing space plans and aligning inventory with requirements.
Receives, records, and ensures timely completion of work orders.
Assists in administering Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and may prepare bid documents and evaluate responses.
Prepares basic operating cost reports and financial summaries to support analysis of owned real estate.
Coordinates with external vendors for services such as janitorial, pest control, and landscaping, ensuring service delivery meets expectations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
No prior work experience is required. Beginning or continuing progress of a professional designation preferred, such as Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), or Facilities Management Professional (FMP).
Possesses foundational understanding of property operations, lease administration, and financial management
Develops familiarity with property management systems
Financial acumen for budget management and cost control.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Foundational analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
Physical Requirements
Requires continuous and prolonged walking and standing
Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of objects up to 50 lbs.
Requires frequent climbing, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and crawling.
Requires overhead reaching and grabbing.
Requires ability to conduct visual inspections.
