What You'll Do:
- Market & Lease: Attract and secure residents while meeting and exceeding occupancy goals.
- Resident Relations: Provide high-quality customer service, address resident concerns, and foster a positive community environment.
- Financial & Administrative Support: Assist with rent collection, invoice processing, financial tracking, and lease renewals.
- Fair Housing & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws, lease agreements, and company policies.
- Vendor & Maintenance Coordination: Work with maintenance teams and vendors to schedule repairs and maintain curb appeal.
- Technology & Systems: Utilize property management software, Microsoft Office, Yardi, and Rent Café to complete operational tasks efficiently.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Resolve resident concerns, enforce policies, and support daily property operations with sound judgment.
- Stay Organized & Adaptable: Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Customer Service & Leasing Skills: Experience in sales, leasing, or property management is a plus!
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to connect with residents and team members.
- Organization: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Independence: A self-starter who can work autonomously while meeting goals.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Office setting with standard office equipment.
- Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.), frequent sitting, standing, walking, and occasional stooping or kneeling.
- Requires face-to-face interaction, phone conversations, and computer use.
- May require occasional independent travel to other properties.
