Key Responsibilities
- Building Collective brand loyalty by striving to ensure resident interaction is positive.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Marketing and sales to include personalized tours which result in new leases (sales aptitude).
- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, prospects, and property owners.

- Ensuring the property’s interior and exterior areas have clean and high-quality appearance.

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of property management experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Driver's license & ability to pass a background check
- Proficiency with industry software (Appfolio preferred)
