LSSI is hiring a full time Senior Property Manager, Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Under the direction of the Associate Executive Director, performs management supervision functions related to but not limited to planning, budgeting, policy compliance, social service supervision, and maintaining positive board and community relationships.

Essential Functions:
• Regularly conducts site visits to ensure compliance, policies, procedures and regulations are being followed and health and safety requirements are being met.
• Acts as a resource for Building Mangers and Social Service Coordinators regarding resident/applicant and staff issues.
• Responsible for HUD/IDHA compliance including but not limited to budgeting, replacement reserves, HAP renewals, Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plans, and tenant selection.
• Responsible for LSSI compliance, including but not limited to capital process, management agreements, HUD certs, human resources, policies and procedures, budget compliance, and emergency situations.
• Work with the Supervisor in planning and presenting at housing meetings and trainings.
• Provide direct supervision, training, support, review, and assigned staff.
• Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
• Assist supervisors in the development of compliance documents.
• Ensure all documentation and reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Facility Boards, LSSI Staff, and community resources while representing Housing in a profession manner.
• Demonstrate sensitivity and responsiveness to cultural differences of clients, coworkers and community.
• Ensure job duties of the team and direct reports are completed accurately and timely.
• May provide direct services or perform some of the same duties as assigned staff.
• Respond to all incoming correspondence and questions in a timely manner; including but not limited to inquires received via email, telephone, text message, and fax.
• Ensure reasonable measures are taken to protect confidential and/or sensitive information as well as ensuring the security of all LSSI systems is maintained.
• Responsible for completing all required training assignments as well as complying with the related organizational, administrative, and programmatic policies.
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
• Supervisory Housing Management Experience or BA experience in related field.
• Minimum Leasing License or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire date required.
• Certified Occupancy Specialist Designation (COS) or ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire date preferred.
• Background check clearance required.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in housing management required.
• Knowledge of HUD/IDHA compliance preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner verbally and written.
• Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
