Position Overview:
Fortis Property Management is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at 500 Fifth Apartments, a premier community in downtown Nashville. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-family leasing and a passion for creating exceptional resident experiences. Prior experience in a lease-up environment is strongly preferred. This role plays a key part in connecting prospective residents with their new homes and ensuring a positive leasing experience from start to finish ! Your main focus as a leasing consultant here at 500 Fifth Apartments is to lease apartments while achieving the highest effective rent level. Executing leases triggers our competitive commission and bonus structure. Most importantly, our property management philosophy is maintaining strong customer service and resident satisfaction, which starts with each and every leasing consultant on the Fortis team.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):
You assist in your community's goal to effectively and efficiently lease the property, while also promoting excellence in resident care and service. You work alongside a team of leasing agents in the office and maintenance technicians, groundskeepers, and a maintenance supervisor on your property, all under the direction of your property/community manager.
