We are currently seeking a bilingual professional with customer service and sales experience. Ideal candidates will be able to speak, read and write Spanish and English, have at least 2-3 years of direct customer contact, sales and problem solving skills. Knowledge of leasing/property management/housing industries is not required but is a plus.

Location: Abbington West End - in West End area of Richmond

Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $18/hour) and increasing based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses

Schedule: Must be available to work Saturdays and occasional evenings for resident events Hours are: Weekdays 9-6 Saturdays 9-5 Sundays Off

What You’ll Do:

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first impression and voice of our community. You’ll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team. You’ll juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks — and we’ll provide you with all the training and support you need to excel.
