Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated individual with experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete resident work orders
• Perform apartment turnover tasks
• Participate in rotating on-call shifts ($150 weekly premium for the weeks you are on call, additionally you are paid a time and a half rate for any emergency calls plus travel time)
• Conduct property inspections and routine preventative maintenance
• Assist with snow removal and other seasonal tasks
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all duties

Requirements

• Ability to lift 30–60 lbs regularly; occasional heavy lifting required
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and perform manual labor
• Strong independent work ethic and customer service skills
• Must live within 30 minutes of Portland, ME and have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Pre-employment background check
