In this exciting role, you’ll be the driving force behind smooth and efficient leasing transactions, acting as the vital link between leasing companies, our internal team, and valued customers. What You Will Be Doing:
· Process upgrade/buyout quote requests
· Review & submission of credit applications
· Prompt response to sales personnel inquiries (calls and e-mails)
· Handle and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
· Uphold leasing database integrity
· Training with Sales and Order Process Team on all current lease promotions, rates, changes, etc.
· Determine appropriate leasing company for funding
· Coordinate return of equipment lease equipment obtaining return instructions and working with Logistics on return process
Qualifications:
· Exceptional communication skills including listening and problem analysis
· Financial experience required
· Pleasant and professional phone and e-mail communication skills
· Ability to follow a prescribed process
· Sound judgment and ability to think on feet
· Follow-up on transactions until their completion
