As a Community Property Manager at Zekelman Industries, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a residential community, ensuring exceptional living experiences for residents while maintaining operational excellence. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a resident-first mindset, offering the opportunity to directly impact community satisfaction, budget performance, and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with leasing staff, maintenance teams, and regional leadership to ensure smooth operations, efficient task management, and a cohesive community environment. This is an on-site role located in FUZE Ballpark - Glendale, AZ

What You’ll Do
• Leads and inspires on-site teams to provide responsive, resident-focused service and a welcoming community environment
• Collects and accurately records rental payments, security deposits, and fees to ensure financial compliance and integrity
• Manages leasing applications, communicates with applicants, and reconciles tenant accounts for accuracy
• Develops and monitors the community’s annual budget, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and expense controls
• Conducts regular inspections of property and grounds to uphold cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards
• Schedules and coordinates timely maintenance services in response to resident needs
• Investigates complaints and disturbances, resolving issues with a focus on maintaining a peaceful community
• Plans and coordinates community events to foster resident engagement and satisfaction
• Ensures compliance with all relevant safety policies, procedures, and local regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned

Who You Are
• 3–5 years of experience in property management or community services, with supervisory responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• Experience with Yardi software preferred
• Certification in property management (e.g., CAM, CPM) is a plus
• Proficient in budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of leasing processes, local housing laws, and regulatory compliance
• Skilled in conflict resolution, property standards, and task prioritization
• Eligible to work in the United States
