POSITION SUMMARY
The Analyst, Leasing Insights & Analytics at Empire State Realty Trust will track and analyze commercial leasing data. This role will help ensure data accuracy for the company’s reported leasing statistics and assist the leasing team to achieve the company’s goal of leasing space.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Accurately enter tenant and building leasing performance related data into Salesforce
- Review commercial office, retail, and broadcasting lease agreements to ensure all lease terms are accurately reflected in lease approval documents
- Maintain updated reports and stacking plans for assigned properties
- Update assigned quarter-end and reoccurring portfolio reports including sublease tracking, comparisons to approved leasing assumptions, leasing process timeframe, prebuilt analysis, etc.
- Collaborate with the application development team in building Power Bi dashboards for the leasing team
- Assist with creating quarterly presentations for senior leadership
- Coordinate with other departments such as leasing, legal, property management, project management and lease administration to ensure data accuracy
- Responsible for other reporting specialized tasks and projects at the direction of the Senior Manager, Leasing Insights & Analytics
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE- Timely processing of lease related documents, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures
- Accurately and effectively maintain commercial leasing data and data reconciliation
- Collaborate well with others, self-driven, and able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time
- Having the mindset focused on achieving a shared understanding of business problems and requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES- Proficient using Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar real estate CRM system
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2 + years in commercial leasing and/or analytics experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

$85,000 - $95,000 a year
Salary is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, job location, size of property where applicable, and/or certifications. In addition to your base salary, ESRT provides discretionary annual bonuses.
