CRM Residential is seeking a career-minded and energetic Community Manager for an affordable apartment community. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and brings strong experience with HUD/Tax Credit programs. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the property
- Supervise and lead on-site team members
- Handle marketing, leasing, and resident relations
- Collect rent and manage delinquencies
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure property standards
- Oversee vendor contracts, purchasing, and invoice approvals
- Manage recertification processes and compliance
- Address resident concerns professionally and promptly
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Community Manager
- HUD/Section 8 and Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience is required
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Problem-solver with innovative thinking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with RealPage OneSite (preferred)
- ARM certification is a plus
