We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people find their next home.

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Anaheim, CA

Pay Rate: $19.00 hourly + commissions + auto allowance (Potential to Earn Up to $70,000/Year)

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and via email  
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features  
• Process applications and lease agreements  
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity  
• Meet and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
• Sales or leasing experience preferred  
• Yardi experience preferred 
• High school diploma or equivalent required  
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
