We have an opening for a Maintenance Technician at our new lease-up in San Diego!
As the Maintenance Technician at AMLI Aero, you will assist in maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the property.

Duties Include:
- Perform general and higher-level maintenance services such as: plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc. Appliance replacement, HVAC and plumbing component repair and replacement
- Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests and notify management upon completion of service requests or of pending work due to back ordered supplies. This includes helping residents and prospects before, during and after leasing an apartment, utilizing AMLI 10 Service Standards.
- Be available to work on a rotating, on-call basis, including weekends and nights. Keep pools, fountains, hot tubs, and other amenity areas in clean and operable condition. Maintain and monitor all safety related equipment and needed records.
- Conduct 17-minute inspections as required, per policy and participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections. Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
- Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies, and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
- May perform routine maintenance punch on vacant units prior to new resident occupancy and or groundskeeper duties as required, including ensuring asset appearance to AMLI standards, based on property size.
- Rotating on-call schedule.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training.
- Availability for on call and weekend rotation
- HVAC Certified (type 1 and 2 or Universal)
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
